Has anyone noticed how ridiculously hard it is to get a chargeback authority from Egencia (and no doubt other 'corporates')?
I've waited over a week now and despite several phone calls and emails, it still isn't happening. The excuse? Oh, our call centre in India deals with all the motel chargebacks and they are having problems...

Not good enough! I've told them I won't accept any more bookings from them unless they provide a credit card immediately.
