Ahhhh. So this is how we check out whether or not we have a genuine credit card? We are learner hoteliers and have had a few sales lost because of dodgy credit card information. Our latest was with a booking through Booking.com who suggested we ring the guest and ask them to pay the no show fee. I still haven't stopped laughing at that suggestion.
