This guest has no rights under tenancy laws as there is no contract.
If they have prepaid you may assume that they have a right to stay until the end of their payment.
However, if they are disruptive to your business, give them their money back and get rid of them.

Your business is worth more than keeping them happy and if they want to pursue the matter further, let them try.

Document any problems and if there are is any threatening behaviour, get the police.

DO NOT LET THE GUEST DICTATE TO YOU.
You will feel much better when you resolve this issue and your business will be the winner.
