Yes we ditched Foxtel back in July 2014 and we have had exactly 2 complaints and both in the last month. Of course there may be people choosing other motels because they have Foxtel and we don't, and there is no way of surveying that, but we do not feel we have lost market share because of it. Since then we have had a call from Foxtel offering a better deal which I asked them to send in writing and it amounted to a discount of .30cents per month so I didn't even bother to reply. Shortly after that I had another call offering 10 boxes (channels) at $360 per month but I have been unable to get it in writing so nothing has happened...
