HI Ballina, Another question from me! The previous owners were on Wotif, and that's it. I have recently joined Booking.com also, however am a bit unsure about the cancellation policy. With wotif, as people pay up front, I find that they are less likely to change or cancel the booking. With booking.com, just today I have had someone book two rooms as they were unsure which one they would prefer, and they will cancel the other one down the track. Do you find having an iron clad cancellation policy with booking.com is helpful, or puts people off?
